I absolutely fell in love with painting this commissioned piece. Not having tested my artistic abilities with animals just yet, I had no idea how much fun it would be. Playing with color in unexpected highlights, aggressive applications of texture & blending of both warm and cool tones were my main focus. I can't wait to present it to the buyer!
