"Belle"

I absolutely fell in love with painting this commissioned piece.  Not having tested my artistic abilities with animals just yet, I had no idea how much fun it would be.  Playing with color in unexpected highlights, aggressive applications of texture & blending of both warm and cool tones were my main focus.  I can't wait to present it to the buyer!  Let's hope they love it as much as I do, otherwise I'm keeping it!  Prints will soon be available for purchase.  See website for details.

Aerial Farm Painting

This is my "fall aerial farm" painting which was a commissioned piece I just finished.  I had so much fun painting this one and playing with the colors.  The farm is in Iowa, a surprise gift for newlywed friends and their new home.  22"x28" acrylic on canvas, stucco texture used on the trees.

I've just finished this commission piece done for our guys at the 2nd ARS- McGuire AFB, NJ.  "KC-10 over NY City Skyline"- this is my "vintage gray" version.  Original is hand-painted using

C-5 Painting

To add to my "Aircraft" Collection, I've just finished a C-5 Galaxy.  This monster cargo plane is one of the largest military aircrafts flown in the world. Supposedly you can fit 6-8 greyhound buses in this baby!? This is one of three aircrafts flown out of Travis AFB where my husband and I are currently stationed.  Thanks to all who fly and work on this big guy, making our country a safer place.  

"Wings of Blue"

My newest commissioned piece is this "Wings of Blue" acrylic on canvas painting.  I was asked to create it in honor of the US Air Force Academy PTWOB's located in Colorado Springs and am very excited about the result.  I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to do something in honor of such an elite and talented group of individuals!  Here is a snapshot of the finished piece which is 30"x40" in original size which creates a lot of depth at that scale.  Stretched canvas and watercolor paper prints are available for purchase... contact me at tifsheppard@me.com for further information.

Dehn Family Photo Session

I had the time of my life shooting this beautiful family in the Suisun Valley Vineyards!  You can truly see the love they share.  With both Charlie and Michelle's contagious grins you see so much spirit...  it's no wonder their little boy Cyrus is full of such charisma and charm!  What a special little boy:)  I feel lucky to be able to photograph such amazing people.  Here are a few of my favorites:

Baby Brynn Caroline- 1 week old

I had the pleasure of taking the Ballard family's first ever family photos!  Such an exciting time for Brandon & Crystal and welcoming their first daughter, Brynn into this world.  So happy to have captured this sweet little bundle of joy with my camera!
